“We had no problems. I was quite concerned about staying here after reading reviews that suggested security might be an issue. We didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. I can not comment on what may be the situation on floors 2-5 because I have no knowledge but nothing was troubling. Breakfast was fine and the shuttle back to JFK was excellent. It was a bit further than we expected but it was also significantly cheaper than other nearby hotels.”
