Dr. Tsai is not only an amazing reproductive doctor but also an amazing family builder! He listens to your concerns, answers to your questions and makes you feel cared for. His staffs are professional, attentive and caring. Their fee is very reasonable. I was impressed that his nurses respond to my emails no matter how late night it is during the medical process.
Dr. Tsai helped me to realize that I was with a wrong person who did not support me going through my egg freezing process. He gave me courage to leave the wrong guy and to stop wasting precious time. I am so happy with my decision. I had an amazing and touching experience with the New York Fertility Center!!

Dr. Tsai and his team are amazing. They not only love what they do but they love their patients as well. You feel this every visit. Every staff member knows your name and is so helpful. They are so patient and answer every question, I feel like my course of treatment was personalized just for me. Dr. Tsai was referred to me and now I'm pleased to refer him to other couples on their journey to parenthood.

The doctor and the staff are all very nice, professional, and caring for their patients. They do excellent job (they are good at what they do), and more precious thing is they genuinely put their patients first. I am dreadful going to see any doctors, especially dealing with this kind of issue. However, I feel happy every time leaving the clinics. They are very funny and supportive. They are willing to spend time with you, but it also sometimes leads to long wait time. So bring a book or make sure your phone is fully charged. I have been going to Dr. Tsai for years now and will keep going to him.

Dr. Tony Tsai is one of the best reproductive doctor out there. When I first met him he told me upfront that getting pregnant was a process and it’s a marathon not a sprint, and man was he right. During my treatment he lay it all out and explain in depth what I needed to do and don’t. He was helpful, he answer my many concerns, he’s honest and he finds the treatment that best suits my need.

When it comes to his staff, they are absolutely the best in every way possible. Dr. Cindy is so helpful and knowledgeable, and calm your nerves when it’s all over the place. Maritza & Jenny is amazing at what they do and easy with the needles. Always willing to help day or night even on Sunday with concerns or medication. Nasrin is so gentle when she doesn’t her sonogram, & she explains her finding. Because of her I know I needed to do surgery from the beginning due to her diligence. They front desk staff is equally helpful in everything needed from payments to insurance to doctors note or simple questions you’re unsure of.

My experience with Dr. Tsai and team has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride with all the emotions. But leaving with what you came for is the best feeling of them all. Because of Dr. Tsai and his hardworking team I get to realize my dream of becoming a parent.

Amazing doctor and staff that really care about their patients. After a two year long journey my husband and I were able to conceive through IVF. We are so thankful for Dr. Tsai’s assistance and guidance through it all. As a person that has struggled with vaginismus my whole life, having an understanding staff that were really careful and made me feel comfortable through it all. I highly recommend the New York Fertility Center to anyone trying to start a family.
