Xiang Hotpot is a great place for hotpot lovers. The restaurant's atmosphere and friendly staff provide an enjoyable dining experience. The wide array of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths made for a delicious meal. From the tender beef to the fish paste and fresh veggies, all the dishes were good. The servers were nice and accommodating. The space was nice and intricately decorated with a good space that reminds you of a walking through an ancient street in Asia. Price was a bit high. Xiang Hotpot is a good place to go, and I would definitely go back!

The bear was really cute and the broth was delicious. The meat quality was amazing and there was a great variety of protein. Also, the complimentary dessert was high quality and was a great finale to our meal. The decor was nice too.

I had the pleasure of ordering a substantial amount of food from this establishment, and I must say that the overall experience was a mixed bag. While the price of the dishes was certainly reasonable, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disappointment regarding the quality of the food and the limited variety of sauces offered. In particular, the soy sauce provided was exceptionally salty, which affected my enjoyment of the meal.

However, there were some positive aspects to my visit that give me hope for future improvements. One commendable factor was their attentiveness to customers' needs, as they graciously validated my parking, making the dining experience all the more convenient. Moreover, the restaurant's location within the mall was incredibly accessible, ensuring an effortless journey in and out of the premises.

On a brighter note, I must mention that I found the ambiance and space of the restaurant to be quite pleasing. The atmosphere lent itself to a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment, making it a comfortable place to spend time with friends or family.

While I might have had some reservations about the food this time around, I'm optimistic that the establishment takes customer feedback seriously and strives to make positive changes. I believe that with a bit of refinement in their culinary offerings and sauce selections, this place has the potential to become a top-notch dining destination. I look forward to returning in the future to see if any improvements have been made and to once again experience the convenience and ambiance that I enjoyed during my previous visit.

My friend and I wanted to try this place so we came for the first time! The restaurant is so beautiful with strung lights and traditional Chinese decor. The ingredients were all fresh and high quality. The flavor of the broth was really tasty as well! On top of that the waiter was really friendly and explained everything to us very kindly! We'll definitely be back!

Xiang Hotpot has two locations, one in Ft. Hamilton, Brooklyn and one in Flushing, Queens. I would say this location is the best hotpot restaurant in New York City. The service is always amazing, fast ordering system and you can always find the servers whenever you need something. Restaurant has quite the traditional design with a modern lighting twist to it, presentation of the ingredients is very nice as well. Sauce bar has pretty much everything you need with complimentary sides. Although this please does not have the nice price tag like 99 Flavors or Laojie, nor does it have the superior customer experience like Haidilao, it focuses more on its product which is hotpot. Their soup broths are a lot more flavorful and it comes with a well developed menu. The ordering option is much better than the all you can eat approach which they had to do during the worst of the pandemic. Glad this restaurant survived.
