(February 22, 2014, 3:31 pm)I have always been impressed with the staff at The Atria in Forest Hills. They are always polite and helpful. Particularly Javier and Stephanie at the front desk.
Javier always goes the extra mile. It is always a pleasure to see him assisting and conversing with the residents. On one particularly difficult weather day this winter (there have been so many!!) he noticed that the path to walk into the residence needed to be re-shoveled as a result of the city plows. He made it happen, quickly.
Your staff does not look the other way when they see something that needs attending to; they go right for it. Stephanie allowed me to park in her own personal spot all week when I expressed discomfort due to being in a rental vehicle after a snow related incident.
They are both kind and generous. I hope they are rewarded in some way for being such consciousness employees.
