Had an issue of bird nest in the vent & had a lot of bird mites in the bathroom. Sav was very communicative over the phone & he came first thing in the morning. He removed the nest, sprayed & helped to install a mesh to prevent future bird nets & was informative about what to expect.

They are reasonable, easy to work with and communication is key. My house is riddled with an unusual amount of pests and GoSafe took care of every single one of the culprits: raccoon, mice, and ants. GoSafe was meticulous and gave excellent advice and ways to deter the pests. Their work is clean, efficient and holy smokes, eradicated the mouse population. I love how they are mindful of pets being at home and this is the first summer in 10 years where my kitchen is ant-free. I signed up for the yearly plan and will continue doing so since my quality of life has seriously improved.
