I’m giving 4 stars because I got an exceptional service. However, I know which woman all these comments are referring to. Luckily for me, the guy that I got was very profesional and amicable. I can’t remember his name but he looked West Indian. 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you very much

Very fast and efficient. Results came back faster than expected. I followed the Staff instructions accurately to retrieve and print my results. Very satisfied.

When I signed up online to be fingerprinted with Identigo, the instructions said to wear a mask. When I walked in the door I saw a sign on the window that said “mask required”. Nobody was wearing a mask walking inside the building apparently not paying attention to diresctions given by identigo. Some woman with purple hair said “masks were optional”. If masks were optional why does it say online and on the door that masks are required? I don’t believe that this facility in Queens is following Identigo policy. If masks are truly optional, please change your wording online and take down your required mask sign. Thank you.
