The team is very attentive to the passengers needs and requests are handled quickly. Thank you very much for your service and I would recommend to be in a status where you can enter the concord lounge!
(May 26, 2019, 7:02 pm)I was really hesitant to visit here after having several visits to the much inferior BA lounge at Dulles. But this one is SO much better. Many food stations, craft cocktails, a station setup just for craft beers, and homemade mac and cheese for the kids! The food is just really great and reminds me of the Amex Centurion lounge at DFW airport
