(March 22, 2022, 9:50 am)I honestly don’t know what everyone is talking about staff being rude in this office. I experienced the exact opposite. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Yes there was a time wait before I was seen but that is expected and people are told beforehand to be prepared for that. I still went through fairly quickly through my exam and got all my questions answered.
