I’ve been living in a Katz building about 2 years and here’s my experience
-reasonable rent
-clean facilities, including laundry
-live in super is always helpful
-exterminators come monthly. pests have never been an issue.
I’ve dealt with my fair share of crummy NY landlords. In my opinion Katz isn’t one of them.
