Jason saved our summer RV trip!!! Our check engine light came in as we were arriving in Grand Island, we searched for some where to bring our motorhome to be checked out, everyone was booked. My husband called and Jason said that they were booked but it we got there early in the morning he would look at it. We dropped it off in the morning, by the afternoon he called and told us the problem and that it would be fixed by the morning. We are now on the road to our next destination, Thank you so much Jason!!!! Great, friendly service!!

Service writers Josh and Tammy are awesome, Josh even stayed late when I was running behind, it was so appreciated.

The techs are VERY knowledgeable, feel comfortable every time I have them work on my truck. My truck is my living, so good service is a must.

When it comes to trucks Ford is King. I have a Transit 250 that developed a problem in the door locking mechanism.
First off this location opens at 7am, they work quickly and efficiently, this is very important for self employed businesses, you can be on the road in a half hour.

The staff are super friendly, funny and efficient. The two young ladies working today are top notch, friendly, with a good sense of humor, but most importantly, efficient and motivated.
There are many businesses locally that don’t care about customer service and it’s to their detriment, I will never return to a business that has such low standards.
Basil Ford’s Commercial Truck Service Center gets an Aplus rating. Others may want to take notes, many car and truck service places are crappy.
