The trainers are all wonderful, full of energy, and provide incalculable knowledge-whether it's on form, modifications for injuries, injury prevention and/or how to reach your goals. This place is a gem and what I consider a second home. I would highly recommend it, beginner or expert, you will enjoy and love this place.”

“I have 3 kids, my oldest is going to be 30yrs old (with 2 of his own), the second is 27 and youngest is 15… I have been taking my kids to Dr. B & Dr. Saint Laurent since my first was a baby and I find them to be the best Dr’s. I no longer live in NY and I still bring my youngest son to them. The best thing about them is they treat us like family, not patients 😍 I truly love them.”

“Getting serviced here has always been a wonderful experience. Everyone at the front counters are so gracious. Everyone feels like family with how nice they are and how much we talk about such. I never feel pushed to the side. I am greeted as soon as I step in the door. They keep my up to date whenever something wrong is found on my car. The prices are great. The rates on tires are wonderful, and the service is same day. They even provided a tow for me once and an Uber to get somewhere. Always a great place to go.”

“I came here with a friend for my birthday to enjoy some good comfort food, and I appreciated the food and service. I ordered spaghetti with olive oil and garlic to eat at the establishment and one order of fried chicken tacos (flautas de Pollo), and let me tell you, everything was BOMB! When I warmed them up, my father had some flautas, and he enjoyed them. I look forward to coming here again! :) Overall, 10/10.”
