“I have lots of dental problems that needs to be taken care of and going to Dr. Rogoff he was patient, kind and thorough in explaining what he was doing...he is very attentive also in knowing if one is in pain. The staff is also friendly and helpful as well. I am surprised there isn't more reviews for him...but because I read the one star review and it was not detailed I decided to write my own experience and I will continue to come to Dr. Rogoff and his wonderful staff. (The one who came in with blue hair : ) )”

“Honestly the brown rice bowl is the best food I've tasted in my life. I wanted to tell them that but I was embarrassed they wouldn't believe me. The "my son" smoothie is also great. A bit pricey BUT u get what u pay for. It's delicious food. Also the grilled cheese is unique and tasty. Would go back to Rockaway every weekend for the rice bowl alone. And the guys are real cuties too.”

“I love Yin Yoga--I am a yoga teacher and have learned and teach all kinds of yoga, but just recently took yin yoga at Ocean Bliss Yoga Studio--you hold the poses for longer than usual and get this tremendous healing both physically and emotionally. The studio is peaceful with a beautiful view of the bay and the sky--then the class ends with a final relaxation and you then realize why its called "Ocean Bliss".”

Summer is a busy time but when it's overcast or rainy, you won't find many food outlets open. We were here on a breezy Friday evening in the summer and enjoyed some freshly cooked lobsters.”
