Rockaway Park Urgent Care

This place was awesome. The staff were so patient and understanding. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door. The doctor was specific about her instructions in terms of medicine use. Everyone was fantastic.

Rockaway Park Urgent Care is the best!!! This Urgent Care has the best Doctors & Nurses. Everyone is so kind to you. I went there along with my dad & they provided us both with the best care. The wait wasn’t long at all, wayyyyy better than the usual Hospital emergency room, where they legit make you wait for like 3-4 hrs!!!!! Over here it just took me overall 20 minutes, Dr. France is amazing, she’s so sweet & will make sure you get the best care. I highly recommend this place. The way they care & are concerned about their patients is unmatched!! 🙏😊

I had a very pleasing, pleasant and positive experience at the Rockaway park urgent care center. Staff was very friendly, helpful, professional, supportive and attentive to say the very least. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with the quality of care and customer service I receive upon every visit.

Doctor saw me in a reasonable amount of time. Filling out paperwork always sucks though. I was property diagnosed, tested and given the appropriate medications to treat my condition. The Dr was quite personable and took the time to listen to my concerns, which he addressed. Overall an excellent experience here.

Place closes at 7, I work in the city therefore I got there really close to closing time. Staff was very kind to take both a rapid and pcr covid test for me. Got the rapid results within 2-5 minutes. Staff was very polite as well as quick and efficient!
