  This store is near my home and I didn’t think much of it but to check it out for a purchase I was in need of. See my partners birthday is coming up and the current glasses he has is causing a rash around his face. I’m horrible with things like this also because I don’t wear glasses. I don’t know the first thing about it. When I went in, I was allowed to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The manager Francesca greeted me and she is beyond nice and helpful. So welcoming that I had to explain my struggle. She was nice enough to look up my partners prescription just to be sure what she showed me would work for him. In less than 5 seconds, she had options for me. A wide variety and allowed me to say no. That’s a big thing for me because I hate feeling pressured to buy things just because. After I selected a frame she was kind enough to acknowledge the reason I was buying them and allowed me to come back to exchange just in case he didn’t like them AND is willing to reevaluate his vision the next time. What I’m trying to say is I wish everyone in retail can just be this honest and helpful then I’d probably like shopping in stores more than online! Thank you. You’ll be seeing us soon 😊

  Went to Fabulous optical indecisive about what I want but Francesca made the entire experience so wonderful. Her kindness and helpful aura is beyond imagination. Thank you for the Amazing experience. Definitely ask for Francesca when you go there, she’s the BEST!!

  I would recommend going to this optical because their customer service is really OUTSTANDING from the check in desk to the doctor to the manager FRANCHESCA she is the real deal she will make sure your comfortable in getting what you like and also what you need and make sure your not disappointed at all she’s very patient and helps everyone at the same time make sure you guys get in and out faster she make sure you understand what your getting for your glasses or contact lenses all staff is very nice and helpful and will answer all your questions that you have and the doctor is very patient make sure your comfortable as well honestly just go and get you some nice pair of the latest glasses 👓

  Literally the sweetest staff ever. Their glasses are always super cute and trendy. They have them at the best prices!! I never had any issues with anything. I love this place

  I walked in shortly after they opened and was welcomed instantly with a smile from the staff and manager. Everything was up to date and the staff got me in and out with brand new frames! Love that they could work with me and the budget. Gladly making this my only shop to handle my eyes. In and out with professionalism.
