(August 10, 2022, 7:57 am)We needed to get our car tow to the dealership. Allstate roadside service jerked us around all morning in spite of us having an appointment for pickup. I pulled up this company, the young lady who answered the phone (Davi) was very helpful and professional. She said she can get me someone in 20 minutes and she sure did. Very efficient, driver was very pleasant as well. Good job!
(July 28, 2022, 4:27 pm)Just had a scary experience on the highway when a sharp object popped my driver side tire. The tow truck driver, Chris, was professional, and helpful getting our 2019 Pacifica where we needed. It's awesome to witness expert young men willing to help when we're stranded. Excellent service.
(July 5, 2022, 11:07 pm)My car was involved in a colisión and needed to be towed from Queens to Brooklyn.the first company I called said no availability till morning the second said 1.5 hours and after we waited the estimated time they said we had to wait another hour. I decided to call MacArthur and the wait was estimated at 30 minutes but to my surprise the driver was there in less than 10. He was very pleasant and professional managed to get my car to my house shortly after I arrived. I was very impressed with the service and added them to my contacts in case I am in Queens and need service again. Thanks MacArthur, you definitely deserve 5 stars.

(May 18, 2022, 6:31 am)Carlos was fantastic!! He was quick & efficient. He explained to us how he would secure our SUV & made us feel comfortable with him taking it. He made a frustrating ordeal almost "pleasant". Customer Service is everything & Carlos was the epitome of professional.
