You will start seeing result when you work with him roughly around the very first weeks of sessions, and that’s a fact. What I like mostly about him is that he honors his longtime business rapport with his clients and he shows you that he’s more interested in seeing results… It gets tough, he’ll push you but overall he knows and respects your limitations and there’s is ALWAYS an easier modification to every set of motions that we do. There’s no place else I’d want to train… It’s clean and the atmosphere is always alive and friendly! There’s a variety of trainers there but my go to is Mike! He’s really big on results so he pushes me when I don’t have it to push myself! I Would absolutely recommend!
