So after a month of hard and tedious searching for a Physical Therapy office to handle my injuries after a brutal car crash where I got hit and sent flying, It was almost like a gift from God walking into Hands of Hope. The staff is probably some of the most helpful, informative, and knowledgable team of experts that I’ve ever seen and they will surely help you out with any injury you have ranging from life long problems to new acute pains. Scheduling was a breeze and u recommend showing up at least 10 minutes early for your first session to fill out any paper work and do any assessment of injury. I was nervous going into Physical Therapy but thanks to their expert Physical Therapist Jackie, she assessed my injuries, let me know why I was feeling pain, the intricacies of the human body in response to trauma, and ways to progress through the darkest time of my life. My job is physically demanding and after being left with no hope I was able to return to my job as a personal trainer and group class instructor in no time. The process is usually a half hour of hands on work in the private room including deep tissue work, electric stimulus work, heat and cold therapy and so much more that they offer. I had a very sensitive case where my neck and back would spasm uncontrollably but Jackie is gentle yet forceful at the same time and her skills must be heaven sent because recovery has been a breeze. After the work in the room it’s usually followed up by exercise in the office’s gym but sometimes I do the exercise first to switch it up. I’ve worked mainly with Jerry and he is probably the most knowledgable PT aid as he administers and oversees all the exercises for whatever program you have. Sometimes he is accompanied by a PT aid named Emmanuel who is also very VERY smart. He has a football background and he brings that experience and intensity with him, and that helped me feel more comfortable coming from my sports background. Diana is the teams newest addition and days where Jackie is busy with an influx of clients (which rarely happens) she takes care of me and she is training to be a PT and I can confidently say she is on track to be one of the best especially with the guidance and overall positive vibe of the entire team and Hands of Hope. In all seriousness I walked into PT scared and now this is something I recommend to everyone and look forward too every week and can’t wait to continue on with my progress. 5/5 and truly immaculate work, and as a side note they occasionally play pretty good music too.

Hands down, this is my physical therapy clinic of my choice, even though it's out of network with my current insurance! This is my third time going back to Hands of Hope physical Therapy and Wellness at Whitestone location. I have come here for both shoulders, then neck, and now knees. The staff work together as a team and the care is seamless.

I especially appreciate and value the care from Jackie, the bestest physical therapist! She has seen me for all three occasions. Jackie is friendly, knowledgeable, and explains what's causing pain and how PT will decrease pain, strengthen the muscle, and increase mobility. The continuity of care is a game changer. I trust Jackie and know that in time, with hard work, my knees will get stronger, just as my shoulders and neck have gotten stronger.

Office managers have changed a few times, but they have all provided timely, informative, and competent service. They now have extended hours compared to my last visit, which I appreciate. And this location is now accessible for patients with different mobility. They have replaced stairs leading to office with a ramp, which is excellent accommodation for the patients!

One of the most important lessons you learn in life: if you want to be physically strong, you also have to practice balance and calmness with your mental health.

Hands of Hope Physical Therapy (Jackie, in my case) understands this so well, and this has been the best experience for PT I’ve ever had. From the stretches and the conversations, I leave feeling happier and stronger.

I always feel a great sense of zen when I enter the office and start my session. It’s also always a pleasure seeing Janet. She is always extremely kind and helpful when I’m doing my exercises.

They provide a really calming atmosphere so you can work on what needs to be worked on with as much comfort as possible.

Not only did I feel so much better after only my first appointment, I also felt at peace, and I continue to make progress that I did not think was possible.

Truly feels like a tight-knit community/family. Everyone is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable.

It’s rare to find a place that has it all, and I like it so much that I would travel for hours just to come here over going somewhere closer. Luckily, I do live close, but I would come here regardless.

Thanks for all you guys do.
