I’ve never had an eye doctor do as complete of a job as Dr. Zhao. He took his time and we went through a lot of contacts until I found one that I am comfortable with and my eyes would not reject. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed out of the office. Staff gave me space to look at all the frames and made sure I understood my insurance and co-pay prior to my purchase. Very good office.

I was unfortunately late to my appointment (I went to the wrong location. Woops!!) when I walked through the door everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I went back to the doctor (Linxi Zhao) and it was honestly the easiest eye exam I've ever had. He was friendly and right to the point. The whole appointment was quick and easy.

Dr. Zhao, takes his time with you. He explains everything to you as he goes through your exam. He always asks if you have any questions or concerns.
As usual the people who are extremely nice and polite. The doctor explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it. And I can always count on the honesty other staff in choosing my glasses on what they feel is best
Dr. Xhao was very professional and on time. He explained what he was doing with each exam. He kept encouraging questions and asked questions and suggested next steps if anything unusual occurred. I appreciated that. Because sometimes Drs ask questions but they don't explain why and what it could mean if it happens.
On the other hand it would've been nice to be told what my vision was...i forgot to ask and the young lady assisting me out front said if wasn't recorded in my record .???? Anyway, I feel pleased...cant wait to try my new glasses.????????
