I went to Tom’s around last Wednesday and he provided me the best service also having an affordable price without ripping me off like other places. Would totally go again!
Toms the most honest and reliable mechanic I have come across! I have been going to him for the last 5 years and in this time not once did he try to sell me or suggest repairs that were not necessary! Always on time, polite and honest! Cheap too:) his partners r equally nice and professional! Pls try him.. u wont regret!
Tom is very honest and reliable. I've been going to his shop for the past 10 years for 3 of my cars and he's always been great. I've recommended several of my friends and families and everyone has been pleased with his service and honesty. 👍👍
Reliable, honest, professional and affordable. A friend of mine recommended Tom's a year ago but I hadn't gone to him until around 6 months ago (I truly regret waiting that long). My car started having issue after issue with the major one right at the beginning of the pandemic resulting in me going to a closest mechanic I could find where I was ripped off $400. I went to Tom's and he was able to fix everything in a timely manner and with a great attitude. I'm completely dumb when it comes to car related stuff and was positively surprised to find someone patient, honest and caring at totally affordable prices. My to go car mechanic forever!
Tom’s Automobile Center is one of the only honest auto repair shops in New York. One day my New Nissan Rogue wouldn’t start last November and I called a mobile auto repair company to check on it, they quoted 850-2500$ to fix it including battery replacement and changing oil pump. My friends suggested Tom’s Automobile Center and I towed my car there and left for 3 days. I went to pick up my car a day late from my scheduled day and expected to pay at least 700-800 $. Alas! Tom said, your car was perfectly fine and it might have had it’s first coldest day where the oil becomes thicker and chemicals in your battery needs more energy to react. I checked thoroughly and there no issues at all. This will not happen again. And he charged me just 50 dollars. I couldn’t believe and my Nissan Rogue ad no started problem henceforth. I am writing this review today as I came back to have oil changed. It’s an hour late, but Tom agreed to do it. If you are scared of getting ripped off, go to Tom. I absolutely recommend this business
