“I broke my nail completely. I called the office to ask if they can take me as it was an emergency and they kindly let me know they would as long as I was okay with waiting. I was happy to do so and the PA Sindi came in and kindly took care of me. She was very careful with me due to being in pain. She explained thoroughly everything that I must do as an aftercare so my nail can grow back healthy. I’m thankful for the accommodation they did for me and the service.”

“For me to give anyone in the dental world 5 stars, they must be good. Dr. Baron and I are on a journey, one that will most likely keep us connected for many years. He has been thorough, informative, and very aware of my comfort. I suffer from extensive gum disease and he's been responsible for bringing my gums back to a healthier level so I might be able to receive some kind of replacement to improve my smile and comfort. His office staff are very friendly and keeps to a timely appointment schedule. And my advise to anyone out there that hasn't been to their dentist in forever...STOP THAT...or you'll be right where I am with loss of teeth, bone and confidence. “I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to the entire staff of Brookhaven Skilled Nursing Facility. My dad is Russian speaking elderly man who has Dementia. He feels very comfortable living in Brookhaven facility. All workers very polite, they take their time to listen to my dad, and trying to understand his needs. Eventhough I understand it is not easy, and I'm sure they have many residents to take care of. But every time I visit him. I see happiness in his eyes, and really appreciate to all the staff. Also I should say it is very easy to get any needed personal on the phone. The nurses, Social Workers and other disciplines contact family on a weeekly basis to update with the clinical status of their residence. You are guys the best, you are real people with the real heart ❤️. Thank you so much. May God bless all of you.”

The office is very clean and the staff is very efficient with time management we are always seen at or before our appointment time no unreasonable wait times. Recently a family member had a dental emergency and couldn’t seem to get an appointment anywhere. I called Dr. Chen and she saw him immediately and even stayed late to fix the issue. The following day the office placed a courteous phone call to make sure he was ok and free of pain. She truly is a health care professional.”

“My dad spent several months in the rehab after having a stroke and heart failure. We couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made to send him to The Grand. The staff is absolutely amazing, from the front desk down to maintenance. This facility treats everyone with such respect. My dad never complained about ànyone or anything including the food. The facility always has activities to keep the patients busy. Only down fall was the rooms don't have individual phones and my dad didn't have a cell phone..BUT he could go to the nurses station or cafeteria to call or we could call the nurses station and they would have him call us back. This is the place you'd want to consider. It's scary for everyone but knowing he was there made these last few months more barrable. We thank you The Grand and wonderful staff”
