“I called several times before my kitten Axel's neutering on 11/23/21 because the phone was busy and I couldn't get all my questioned answer when I scheduled the appointment which Melina gave me within 2 weeks. I felt bad for Melina beccause you can hear the phone ringing in the background and she had to pick it up. She was so kind, professional, attentive and compassion for your cat including nurse Teresa and the Dr. that performed the surgery. The only suggestion I would give is if there's any forms that needs to be filled should be sent before via email and instructions for the surgery like no food from midnight which is important. I will definitely recommend this hospital for a cat lover and parents. Thank you 😊”

“I have been living at Moda since 2018. The area does need a bit of improvement but I feel slowly it’s getting there especially after the pandemic . The front desk staff is great as well as the cleaning crew. There has been changes in management a lot which has been an inconvenience to myself and other tenants but I have to say that Ms. Smallwood who is the current manager is extremely helpful. Her quick respond to my emails and concerns have helped me a great deal. Before it would be so challenging to reach someone in management but ever since she came on board I feel the change in the building. They are back to hosting different events for the tenants , providing more strict protocols as far as non guests entering the building and improving its cleanliness. I feel that with her continuing guidance and leadership this building will be one of the number 1 buildings to live in . “Ita a great place for badminton in the city, Best place, nice and worth the money. Its 18 dollar for weekdays 19dollars for weekends You can get membership card for 150 dollars and use it 10 times. You can get the racquet for rent which is 6 dollars. But you have to buy the shuttlecocks. Make sure to reserve before you come. Very nice customer service. Try to be on time they really want everyone to play within time. They also have plenty space for parking. I wish I lived near could have gone there every other day.”
