They are meticulous and take time for each item to decide how it needs to be washed (for someone like me who throws everything in the machine and hopes for the best…. I really appreciate this. ) They even sort out the items that need to be hang dried. Throughout the entire process you’re able to communicate and vice versa if they have any questions. They’re extremely friendly, personable, punctual, and efficient. Working with them has turned me into someone who gets their laundry done once a week vs trying to drag 70 pounds/ three weeks of laundry down the street to a laundromat. My clothes come back smelling wonderful, and everything is folded so well, it can go straight in the dresser. I trust them completely, and I highly recommend them.
