They provide services for various injuries including car accidents and sports. They have over 25yrs experience and will get you back to health with less to no pain. I personally benefited from their services coming to them with severe neck and back pain which affected and limited my walking, standing and range of motion. Over the course of time after being treated I'm able to be more mobile with less pain. Their on hands treatment, techniques along with a full exercise program and equipment has increased my ability to become more physically active. I truly recommend their services to anyone in need of physical therapy.”

She also sat down with me and went over my insurance plan and finances which was very helpful she was just great! My dental hygienist Colette was awesome and very friendly making me very comfortable during the whole visit ! she’s very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. she also gave me great recommendations on how to upkeep when out or when I’m home. “I love Alicia and her yoga studio! It is so cozy and clean and right in my condo building! There are not as many classes as other yoga mills but they offer enough during the week to keep you busy. Alicia is energetic, informative and caring for your needs and conditions. I am so happy she can adjust her class to suit my pregnancy. The studio itself is not very big but it is perfect for less than 10 people. There is no hot sweaty yogies here so it does not reek off BO. Perfect studio for some quiet, peaceful and loving yoga!”

“I can’t speak enough good things about Dr. Ara! I am currently 8.5 months pregnant and was experiencing severe tailbone pain, but after my first two sessions- I was a new woman. The pain has reduced almost completely, and he’s even worked on other areas on my back and neck that I had not realized I had pain and pressure in, until he skillfully and intuitively helped me find relief. I love the part that you don’t have to wait all day to get tested you go home and do what you have to do and they call you when you are next. Very clean facility and it smells amazing when you enter. Dr. Borris is awesome he calls to follow up on his patients. This place is great and we needed one in Long Beach.”
