“I want to express how appreciative I am of the Madison York staff, and to highly recommend them to anyone seeking an assisted living community. Their level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency exceeded expectations. When I recently visited three weeks ago with an elderly family friend who needed a new residence, we were hopeful but doubtful. Given the urgency of her situation, that if she liked Madison York over other facilities which we had visited, we did not know if she could then move in as soon as possible. Owing to Madison York’s responsiveness and expertise, they were able to expedite my friend’s admissions in a little less than two and a half weeks. In the meantime it took, we toured Madison York, interviewed with their staff, and finally unpacked and moved in. We discovered an overall quality experience. They are centrally located off the Grand Central Parkway and Long Island Expressway and offer useful parking. The building’s modern design itself blends into a cozy atmosphere, while the elegant bedrooms and common areas (dining room, library, and TV rooms) are well maintained. Food service is great also as they give ample food that’s fresh and wholesome. However, beyond all this, what stands out are the positive experiences with the highly effective Director of Community Relations, who made it at all possible; with the thoroughness and compassion of the Nursing Staff; and, even the friendliness of the other residents which altogether was welcoming of us. In conclusion, our impression of Madison York is that of a diverse and well-cared for community served by unmistakably dedicated and competent professionals.”

“I can not begin to say how happy I was with the services and treatment I received there. I had an appointment and when I arrived ,there were 6 people there. When the doctor came out he asked who was next the staff said a couple of names and said I had an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when he said since I was on time with an appointment I would be seen first. So I suggest to make an appointment although they accept walk ind. I had the .ost thorough exam I have ever had in 60 years. The doctor was kind, very interested in making g sure I was well informed and comfortable. After the exam the front desk staff went above and beyond my expectations. The young lady had put glasses on the side for me to look at and did not try to sell me something I couldn't afford. I can not believe that I found d such a great place in the neighborhood.”

“I have been overwhelmingly impressed with the level of customer service at Dr. Callahan's office. I made several calls to different podiatrist offices prior to finding this office. None, I repeat, NONE had service like this. The representative was kind, and welcoming. I could tell, even through the phone that she had a smile on her face. To me, this made all the difference. They accommodated me with an appointment the same day. Dr. Callahan was friendly and thorough. She gave me options as it pertained to my issue. I have since had one more visit via teleconference, and that too was pleasant and easy. I can't stress how happy I am to have found this office. I will continue to seek care there, and recommend to family and friends.”
