Baisley Pond Park

“Easily one of my favorite parks in Jamaica Queens in the summer time. From the Track, The Lake, The playground, and the football field this place is wonderful. I meditate during they day in the park during my days off while the school kids are inside from the hours of 11am to 12pm in the spring. And I run on the track right after from 1pm to 2pm. The park is always kept clean and tidy and the park staff is always trying to keep the park at its best! It's a wonderful time whenever I'm here.”

Enjoyed music, lunch, concert (which we paid separately) but well worth it. . After this event we took a walk to the Queens Museum, which is also inside the park. It was somewhat informative but we enjoyed the replica of NYC with all the exact models.”

Garden of Meditation

There are, however, lots of cars passing by, as, unfortunately, there are busy highways placed near the Garden. So other than the sound of cars, with some people blaring their music out loud in 'em, the place is quiet.”
