Excellent customer service here. IronBraid took the time to call and discuss my order to make sure I'd get he parts I needed.

I have been around the block a few times and also around North America many times and I have yet to meet or see any better work for braided leather of any kind them my good Pal, Tony at Iron Braid. His work is 2nd to none and the quality of the leather, expertise of the employees who do the work is frick'n amazing!!!
He will turn your levers into a work of art, with colours to enhance your bikes look and fringe blowing in the wind to make it eye catching. He does key chains of braided leather, eye glass hangers, long whip attachments and anything else you could dream up or want made.
A great New York guy and company that is keeping America proud of its workers and the products they manufacture.

Amazing customer service and quick turn around time.
I ordered a whip and realized it was too small when I got it. I called them and he told me to just send it back with what size I needed and had the correct one sent back to me the next day after they got mine.
