The Reynolds Group

I purchased a Harmon Pellet stove from the Reynolds Group. Right from Sue in the showroom to Aaron and Matt that installed my stove they all provided a professional experience to me. They knew the product and explained everything to me. They met all the dead lines that they gave me from purchase to install. The install was very professional. They put cloths down on my floors to keep them clean and to not scratch anything. They laid down cardboard outside on the ground so their hand cart wheels would stay clean and not get dirt into my house. They vacuumed up any debris caused by the install and left my house clean and perfect. The stove is great. It works like it should. Excellent product and an excellent company to purchase and install the stove. I am very pleased with the Reynolds Group and would recommend them to anyone.

After many years, the cover of my 23 foot awning needed replacement. This family owned company came highly recommended for their knowledge and professionalism by several of my neighbors. Ed, the owner, came to my house 3 days after my initial inquiry to give me an estimate. He measured and explained in detail about the fabric color choices and options. I gave him a deposit and within 16 they were there to install my new awning.
I was very impressed with Aaron and Zack who came to do the installation. They worked together well as a team and explained everything they did. They were very neat and cleaned every scrap before they left. I would highly recommend the Reynolds Group for their quality work and knowledge of the product.

My awning cover needed replacing. I contacted two firms to get quotes. The first one could not be bothered coming to my home to measure and suggested I look at fabric samples online. They showed little interest in my job. However, the lovely woman at The Reynolds group, Donna, was professional and knowledgeable and set up an in-person appointment. The president of the company, Ed Reynolds, arrived on time, measured, showed me numerous fabric swatches and explained what was entailed in replacing just the cover of my awning, and made sure I understood the warrantee. His price was slightly higher than the virtual estimate of the first company, but I was so impressed with his company that I gave him a deposit that day. My new awning cover was installed within two weeks by Aaron and Zak who were well-trained and did a great job. I highly recommend The Reynolds Group for new and replacement awnings!

They responded extremely fast which was pleasant
after I emailed and left a message for another local company that I am still awaiting a response. They worked around my schedule for visit and then install. Every contact with the owner was great and the son did a great install. I would highly recommend this company. It's been up a week, and has been enjoyable.
