Jason was very comfortable to work with. He was punctual, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I originally chose Bald Eagle because it had 5 star reviews and he certainly lived up to it. Wow! If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable and diligent you found the right guy! Jason was recommended to us along with a few other inspectors and I knew after the first conversation that he was the one for us. Jason took his time to explain the services I was inquiring about, he didn’t treat me like a dollar sign and he didn’t push me into signing a contract. Matter of fact, we ended up switching the services we were looking for and he had a new quote drawn up quickly! The day of the inspection he made sure to thoroughly explain each step he took, he answered questions along the way and took extra time to look at the things we were concerned about. My favorite thing about Jason is that he explained everything to me in terms that I would understand, I didn’t leave our inspection with my head spinning wondering what the heck just happened. Lastly, we received our report THE SAME NIGHT! The fact that Jason put us and our future home as a priority over his personal life speaks volumes!
