I have been coming here for years. Staff has changed but are always friendly, helpful and provide individualized attention. Highly recommend. This is my favorite jewelry store. You will not get the attention to detail at a chain store. Highly skilled craftsmen. Most recently, they sized up my mothers anniversary band and took off charms on my mother's very old and sentimental charm bracelet.

My wife and I went back to this shop after purchasing our wedding rings there over 30 years ago, to get some repairs done on the rings. The owners were new, but the service was still excellent. The current owner served us, took our rings, made recommendations on what they could do, gave us the price of the repairs, wrote out the ticket, and set the pick up time. He was very complimentary and curteous. The rings were ready on time, and the repairs were done as promised. We are very happy with the experience.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get a loose natural diamond here. They were also very helpful with choosing a setting to fit the diamond. I’m very pleased with the service and my experience. He did an amazing job and was done pretty quickly. I highly recommend this place. I love my ring, it’s absolutely beautiful 💍❤️

The staff here are awsome. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. They recently helped me help my son reset a family diamond into an engagement ring . My son is not local but thanks to Katie's assistance and the wonders of technology my son was able to pick thr perfect setting for ring to start the next chapter of his life. The whole process was so seamless and I can't reccomend them enough. He will definitely be back for the wedding bands when the time comes.
