(March 27, 2018, 11:44 pm)From the moment I was diagnosed, Dr. Shuman was awesome!!! Positive vibes, extremely successful nephrectamy, and amazing bedside manner. Good, bad or ugly, I told him to please tell my wife that I loved her first thing after surgery (I was diagnosed with kidney cancer on our first wedding anniversary and had the surgery on Valentine’s Day), and he put his arm around her, walked her back to the lobby, and did so before telling my family anything. He has become my family’s urologist, and will always have a place in our hearts for being so awesome! Thank you Dr!
