(April 13, 2022, 11:34 am)I called the Troy Social Security office and spoke with Mary Beth. She was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I was not looking forward to calling because I thought I would be put on hold forever, but I got to speak with Mary Beth right away.
She was friendly and was able to resolve my problem.
(August 17, 2020, 4:56 pm)I was contacted by staff in the Troy office because they recognized that my SSA account was not adjusted after my husbands death. The staff person was very pleasant to work with and explain and exactly what she needed from me. Within 2 weeks I had a special several hundred dollar check deposited into my account! This office must have a magic touch!
