(April 11, 2023, 2:47 pm)I graduated in December 2022 after working with Steve for 7 of my semesters at RPI and I can say without a doubt that he helped me to stay grounded and made sure that I would get through each semester. Making use of time with him and being willing to ask for assistance outside of scheduled visits with a text was a really good way to make sure that I kept myself moving forward. He is simply a good person who told you what you needed to hear and sometimes that was all I needed to keep on track for the semester. Additionally, his assistance with setting things up with campus offices (e.g. ALAC, DSS) and helping me to rationalize their use was a help during my time at RPI.

He quickly developed a great rapport with my son and the results have been excellent. I highly recommend him and would be happy to share more details with other parents considering hiring him.

(January 9, 2023, 5:42 pm)Steve's attention to learning the needs of each and every student, along with his years of experience and knowledge to navigate what seem like unchartered waters, are what help to make him and his company the successful support so many parents like us benefited from for years (for two sons) and still do! You can't go wrong!!!
