After dealing with 1800 Flowers who used them as their local florist I had a TERRIBLE experience with 1800 Flowers and how they handled processing my order. After calling Grapevine Garden and Floral Company directly , they were extremely thoughtful in processing my order and delivered a beautiful arrangement to my girlfriend for our anniversary.
