Always very helpful and attentive to your request or needs. Had an issue with my hearing aid and stopped by and they saw me within 30 mins, no appointment. I would recommend that you make an appointment, mine was an emergency. Pleasant staff, easy parking( and you can do a little shopping at the mall after), clean office.

My experience at Audiology Island has been nothing but positive. They are truly very patient friendly and very caring. I have been a patient since 2012. I highly recommend them. So much so that I brought my Mom from Brooklyn to have her ears tested and she now enjoys better hearing with her new hearing aids.

Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Fulman have been caring for my daughter for several years. I highly recommend them. Both of their offices are clean, comfortable and have state of the art equipment. It is easy to get an appointment within a reasonable period of time. But more importantly are the doctors themselves - they are caring and patient and treat you as if you are their only patient. They never rush, always answer questions and go above and beyond. They have a great bedside manner with children as well as anxious parents. I have recommended Audiology Island to my friends and relatives - all of them very satisfied.
