Rose at Richmond Tile is an experienced designer who gives you all the guidance and time you need to explore the many options the store offers. Rose is personable, knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to be happy with your selections. Throughout our remodel, Rose responded quickly to our many questions and patiently allowed us to explore our personal taste. We highly recommend Rose. She is our go-to designer for any remodel in our future.

We visited many other tile stores before we decided on Richmond, we found none compared to their selection and pricing. The rest of the staff are also a cut above. Anthony the owner, is very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Edwin at the front desk is always courteous, pleasant, professional and helpful. Richmond Tile is definitely a team effort!

Richmond Tile is the place to go if you want quality and beautiful selection of products. We dealt with Rose, and she is the best. With her expertise and knowledge, she was able to guide us through the renovations of a condo bathroom. We were not very experienced when it came to renovations and Rose explained everything to us. She offered us choices, and helped us make the right decision. The project was recently completed - and it looks great! Hands down the best place for all your tile needs! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel at ease to ask any questions. Their beautiful showroom has so many high end options to fit all budgets. I would strongly recommend them, our floors came out beautiful.

My boyfriend and I wandered in to Richmond Tile & Bath in April because we decided to re-do our Master Bathroom. We wound up, in the process, meeting Alyssa D'Agosto who was so helpful, patient and sweet. We also wound up deciding to do a makeover on our second bath. Then to have a back splash put in our kitchen. Then to redo our downstairs guest bath.

Alyssa kept up with all of the changes and add ons beautifully. We really did throw a lot at her in a short period of time and yet she was right on top of everything. Always ready with an answer, always responsive to any question I had and always positive and cheerful.

She is such a great person to work with that despite all the stress this involved I had a ball. She's very funny and very attentive and also has such a fabulous sense of what goes with what. Each bathroom and our backsplash are really beautiful. When I use any one of the bathrooms, I really do feel like I'm in a hotel (or in the case of the downstairs guest room a B&B) because your selection of tile, backsplashes, toilet and hardware is so beautiful.

Thank you so much for our gorgeous bathrooms but most of all for such a great experience. We are re-doing our whole house and trust me your employees and installers are fabulous.
