(June 1, 2019, 11:40 pm)Great service by the sale rep. at Mitsubishi Staten Island. I drive home my brand new Eclipse Cross SUV very satisfied. The car was really well designed. The sales rep. went through every little details and features of the vehicle with me before I drove out to dealership.
Highly recommended to visit Mitsubishi Staten Island if you want to purchase a Mitsubishi vehicle.
BTW, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SUV will surprise you with design and performance of the car. I personally think is much better then any other Japanese and American build in the same class vehicles.

I thought this process would be stressful but working with him it was easy,fun &professional. I recommend going here 100% Amar the sales manager helped me every step of the way when it came to all the numbers&they both made it possible. Thank you to them both I’m a very satisfied customer!!

Amar is the man you want to consult if your looking to a buy a car, he kept in constant contact with me and offered to stay late multiple times just to assist me. The whole process went pretty smoothly especially coming from Long Island, nothing but wonderful service would highly recommend this dealership. The dealership as a whole is very flexible and willing to work with you to a great deal done.
(March 6, 2019, 12:44 am)My mom and I went to island Mitsubishi, looking for the perfect car for me and my 6 month old son. Felix Serna gave us PHENOMENAL customer service. He made it his priority to make sure i left with a car and happy. He did just that! Every time it seemed like we hit a bump in the road, he told us to relax and he would do everything he could to take care of it, and that he did. I highly recommend him to anyone ! he is a wonderful salesman.
