While I had a negative experience when getting patches sewn on my uniform, they did a great job at cleaning my suit and fixing a zipper, where they went above and beyond by replacing the buttons and slide clasp too!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this business is. I called the business 1 1/2 days before Halloween regarding an alteration for my son's Halloween costume. The gentleman on the phone (I think his name was Lee) was extremely helpful and professional. I asked if I could bring the item in and he said sure. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face who turned out to be the man I spoke with. We discussed the issue with the costume and the options. He took care of it right away for me, on the spot!!
