Jim was so patient and helpful. Leo and Julian did the instillation of vinyl floor tiles. Perfection at its best. I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Carpets and More, and Leo and Julian to install.

Our sales Representative Stephen Gonzalez is very seasoned professional and a gentleman! We are so happy with his recommendations for the kitchen floor and living room runner. Also, Stephen has guided our decision as to what kind of carpets to install in our two bedrooms. We are saving for this much needed refresher and hopefully shall have it completed by Spring.

The technicians that worked on our new kitchen floor, Leo and Bill, arrived on time. They were pleasant and considerate due to the inclement weather we were experiencing. They both worked extremely well together, knew what needed to be accomplished and were especially clean workers! They took special care with the floor area between the kitchen and the back pantry. It’s amazing how they worked out our concern! We shall be requesting Leo and Bill to install the bedroom carpets.

Carpets and More is a Class Act…from start to finish their professionalism and customer service skills were evident. Jim Trocchia greeted my mom upon entering the store and offered her solid, honest recommendations while honoring her needs and budget. Although due to production problems (which were out of Carpets & More hands) the install was later than anticipated, but Jimmy was diligent in checking with his contacts and trying to facilitate the order. Jim also set the install date promptly when the carpet finally arrived to the warehouse due to the delivery delay, which was appreciated by us. The install team was efficient and neat. There was no waste, and with the few small pieces left over, Jimmy was able to make door mats for mom, which she was thankful for! The carpet looks absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend Carpets & More. The following week mom received a thank you card from Jimmy for the business and he acknowledged mom's patience with waiting for the order! They really did a wonderful job in my daughter's room. Very professional, gave us a great price, and literally installed it in 10 or 15 mins.
