HAD TROUBLE WITH MY REFRIGRATOR ONE DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY FOUND STATEN ISLAND APPLIANCE REPAIR ON THE INTERNET WITH A FIVE STAR RATING, IT WAS 9:30 PM AND I CALLED AND TALKED TO EUGEN AND SET UP A APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 8:00 AM . SURE ENOUGH HE CAME AT 8:00 AM ON TIME TOOK HIM 10 MIN AND FOUND OUT WHAT WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT HE HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK BY 9:00 AM WORKING BETTER THAN NEW . EUGEN WAS REALLY A NICE GUY AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAN WHAT HAPPEN AND HOW HE FIXED ITS TO BAD I CAN'T RATE HIGHER THAN FIVE STARS BECAUES I RATE HIM AT A TEN
