“My first experience was with the customer service rep on the phone when I called in to make an appointment. The rep was very friendly, patient with all my questions and explained the cleaning process thoroughly over the phone. The day of the appointment I was even more impressed with the level of service. They called the night before the appointment to confirm and then called again 30 minutes before they got to my house to give me a heads up. The cleaning crew was very professional, there were two men and they walked through the house with me and pointed out all areas of concern. I had them clean and deodorize three bedrooms and my basement carpet. The work was quick and thorough, and the carpets dried fast. They look , smell and feel great. Overall a wonderful experience with this company. ”
