Great experience. Extremely accommodating. Michael is a great and personable guy. He wants only to make the entire experience calm and enjoyable; ultimately deliver a vehicle which satisfies my wishes. Moreover, at a price that at least matches anything out there. I worked the entire process by computer and phone, never traveling anywhere during the entire process. In the end, still going nowhere except from inside my home to my driveway to accept delivery of my new car. It doesn't get any easier. I am blown away. The Car Guys took care of me from the very beginning to the very end, and even long after the sale was done. Finally, an honest, straight-up and honorable place to buy a vehicle and they guaranteed me no problems and they followed through on everything. I will never buy from a dealership again.
