  So happy with the money I just spent. Recently moved into a new home and there were two large spots in the carpet that really bothered me. I tried to remove myself but they just would not budge. Kept looking at these spots thinking that I did not want the expense of new carpeting. So I figured it was worth an attempt at having them professionally cleaned. The technician showed up and carefully evaluated the spots. It took him maybe 30 minutes and now all is well! He made my day. He was friendly and professional. Could not be happier.   We really appreciate working with Area Rug Cleaning Staten Island and their fab techs. They have been cleaning our office carpets for over a year and a half, twice a month. They have been very easy to work with in terms of scheduling, with very prompt communication and responsiveness when asked to pay special attention to certain things. I also have come to expect certain extra touches they leave that make me happy each time they clean, like cleaning the conference room chairs and getting old stains out that I've noticed but forgot to mention to them. They discuss up front what they will/will not do and this comes in handy since my office has a lot of high traffic areas and I often tend to overlook that fact. Your expectations will be met with them, if you are looking for amazing cleaning.

  I can’t emphasize enough on the fact that Area Rug Cleaning Staten Island was a delight to work with. These guys are wonderful, from their informative manager to their hardworking technicians. The second floor of my house and stairs are carpeted and it was time to clean them. These fellas are quick & efficient and my carpets look & smell amazing. Did I mention how reasonably priced they are. You just can't beat it in today’s market. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely give them my business in the future.

  This is my first ever review, but I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Area Rug Cleaning Staten Island. Right off the bat, their manager was incredibly warm and thorough in giving me a quote and answering all of my questions. I have a velvet roll arm chair and a couch that many other cleaning companies have been scared to touch. They walked me through the entire process of how they would go about cleaning the furniture and made me feel very comfortable and that this company was up to the task. The technician he sent was incredibly pleasant and did a very thorough job in cleaning my furniture, all of which had been in storage for several months. The appointment didn’t take very long, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The furniture practically looks brand new.

  I needed the rugs in my whole house steam cleaned. They were covered in decades of dust and allergens. The rugs were picked up, cleaned and delivered back in literally less than a week. The technicians from Area Rug Cleaning Staten Island cleaned them so well. The rugs were delivered after cleaning and they put them all back very meticulously. The rugs now feel so fresh, walking on them is an absolute delight. I found out this is a family run company that I have been using for my commercial premises for about 8 years. They have always done a great job and when it came to my office carpets they didn't disappoint me at all. I have full faith in these boys and their cleaning capabilities. Even the toughest stain can’t beat them. Their patience with stains is praiseworthy.
