I understand that no place is perfect , especially with the duress of almost always working “short”. The care I received was extremely knowledgeable , caring, and professional . I would recommend very strongly the Therapy department and their innovative ideas and great patience. Everyone from laundry, housekeeping, nursing,dietary, therapy, maintence,are amazing. The nurses aides have a lot of physical back breaking work but yet still manage a smile. The DON’s, administrator all pitch in frequently to do physical care. Thank you Care One for making some of my most overwhelming days a bit easier!”
