“Got a membership. Incredibly clean facility. The only downside are the high influx times at the gym. A lot of elder members seem to just sit at machines and talk to each other. The track is large and good place for the wheelchair. The bathroom is accessible as well. They have adaptive programs and free classes. Downside is that there are obvious limitations for the machines especially because they are very tightly placed together. For an annual membership for people with disabilities is $25 which is cheap considering what you get with it. Over 30+ location all in the five boroughs (some have pools!).”

“It's a lot of greenery, springtime is magical with all those trees blooming, the scent is awesome, it has many benches all over the park. The little paths are like serpentine. Mostly people come here to walk their dogs and I should say they always clean up here. At the top of the hill you have an awesome view of the water and bridge. I come here to walk with my infant, fresh air is good and you get a lot of it here.”

“This NYC park has a wonderful old-fashioned carousel and a small playground area with jungle gym play equipment (no swings though). There is also a large pond/lake with ducks. And a woodsy area with picnic tables. It is well maintained and clean. Young kids love the carousel and jungle gym.”

“I love this park perfect to take a jog or a nice long walk and enjoy the scenery and nature. A lot of beautiful birds pop up along the way and there's a small hidden waterfall. I call this park the central park of Staten island because there is a restaurant in the park as well as a place where you can rent a small boat to take out on the water. Such a lovely place overall.”

“There is a lot of fallen trees and Thorn bushes so you should really be careful of those but to me I liked the little things of it like the acorn. It's really pretty if you look hard enough. Also there's deers there if you wait long enough and be silent.”
