I bought my bike two years ago now from Congers Bike Shop and am very happy with it. After buying my first bike online and not really getting a bike that fit my height and needs, I wanted to be able to make sure I bought a bike that fit this time. The sales person really took the time to recommend a few bikes according to my needs, make necessary adjustments for me and answer all my questions. Great customer service and great products!

After searching online for a bike I decided I wanted to go in person and speak with someone about a bike that would better suit my needs. It was busy when I went so it took a little while for someone to offer me help. Oscar did a great job explaining the different types of bikes and took me to ride a few to see which one I would be comfortable on! He took his time and I appreciated that. I do wish they had a few more different colors for women bikes but overall I love my bike! I get a lot of compliments on it!
