(November 2, 2018, 8:31 pm)Eric did an amazing job bringing life back to our dining room floors, which had partied too hard over the years and suffered from scratches, gashes, some water damage, and general dullness. Eric neatly and thoroughly sanded the floor and provided 5 sample patches from which to select a stain color. My dining room looks better than ever and we can't wait to have him match the floors in the rest of the house in a couple of years. Eric is very knowledgeable about his craft and keeps up with the latest products to achieve the best result. And, he's pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Eric and Showcase Wood Floors.

(September 16, 2018, 9:08 pm)Eric did a great job on my floor. He had to rip up carpet and lay a new floor to match an existing floor. Matched it exactly. The floor he did actually looks better than my original floor. Too bad my builder didn’t use him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking have wood flooring put in. You won’t be disappointed.
(September 5, 2018, 2:32 pm)The floors in the house I bought were dull, dark and scratched. They clearly hadn't been refinished in 20+ years, if ever. I wanted them done before I moved in, but didn't have anyone, so I tried Showcase Floors based on the strength of their reviews. I gotta say, Eric really breathed new life into these floors. When he was done the scratches were gone and the wood was its natural, lighter color. The difference is night and day. Also, he was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and got the job done when he said he would. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and I'm more than satisfied with the results. The photos 'm posting are not professional quality, but they give a good idea of the before and after.

• Great communication- texts and phone calls same day, was available with our questions
• Very knowledgeable about the product, and the issues in our house, spent time walking through options
• Worked within our budget
• Reliable- showed up on time and stayed until the job was over
• Dealt with surprise issues like old vents, and trim issues around our fireplace. Went above and beyond to make everything look perfect. Has made himself available for any follow up care needs.
• Overall great guy, great experience, and if I had more floors to be refinished he would be my first call!
