Grand Prize Cadillac

I brought my Cadillac XTS-V into service for a whirring noise coming from the rear. Jennifer in service was very helpful and kept me well informed after the car was dropped off. Diagnosis was a faulty wheel bearing, which was quickly replaced. Had my car back the very next day. Thank you again.

No bs on price they were very upfront about it. Called last night gave a deposit and picked it up at noon, signed some papers and was home within an hour. Drove past 3 other cadillac dealers who were playing with me on prices charging 25-30k over msrp for an Escalade. Charlie especially treated me exceptionally from my first online inquiry, was up front about pricing, he let me test the waters and still honored the price when i came back. I normally am stressed out while buying a new car. Even if I think I got a great deal I feel like I got fleeced. Grand Prize is the exception. I have zero buyers remorse. I Love my car and I will continue to do business with them in the future. This is the 4th purchase we made and we couldn’t be happier. Our salesman Rob is one of the best, he couldn’t have made our experience any more seamless.
