The person at the Vetco intake was very nice. The only downside that we encountered was when we texted that we have arrived, we waited for a long time to get a text back to come in but never did. So we just went inside and was told that it doesn't work all the time. I guess that feature was not working at that moment.

Grumpy Combat Vet Review: I called to make sure they had Geckos in stock. The employee from the jump, was friendly, and informative. I’m really bad at remembering names. I didn’t remember it when he gave it over the phone. He answered all my questions, and even respectfully corrected me when I thought I knew what I was talking about. When I arrived at the store he remembered our conversation, gave me a great first time owner recommendations, and made sure I understood how to properly take care of the gecko and have everything ready needed. He didn’t try to make me buy top of the line. I like giving people Kudos when they deserve it, Lucas deserves it. Pet supplies is closer, but I’ll be going to Petco for my gecko needs.

Placed a pickup order and ran on my lunch break. I walked in the door and the first person I saw offered help. He grabbed my order and I was out in under a minute. This was much faster and more convenient than the normal store I use.

Our Goldfish took ill right after we moved him from a 10 gallon to a 20 gallon tank (we purchased the tank stand from Petco). I wasn't sure if there was a product I could use to help him. I spoke with one employee (an older gentleman) who was very knowledgeable and explained to me what we did wrong. He gave me products that should help, if not, to come back and he can show me something else we can use. The cashier who checked me out also seemed knowledgeable and was reassuring that our fish should be better soon.

I love the fresh organic green grass they have for cats. My cat loves it!
