I worked for United Hospice in 2022 and I can say that this place has wonderful benefits and a caring management team. The nurses and social workers are dedicated to patients needs and available around the clock. I would recommend this as a great place to work and in your time of need it’s who you want taking care of your family whether it’s at the Joe Raso location or in the comfort of your own home.

The hospice care helped tremendously and gave my family a sense of peace and comfort knowing that our grandmother is well taken care of. They came to our home and provided many things that my grandmother needed including medication, oxygen, bed, and most importantly, the care of all the nurses who were very kind and professional. We are forever greatful and we are so happy they were there to help. Debbie was very sweet and compassionate towards my mother who was going through a hard time with the sad situation. Again we are very greatful and we highly recommend service from United Hospice to those in need. Very nice people who care and it shows. Thank you again.

When medical science can no longer add days to your life,
Hospice adds life to you days.

I had no idea my husband’s call to Hospice would change my life forever. When he was diagnosed with cancer, his call for help was to enable him to walk our daughter down the aisle of St. Patrick’s Cathedral on her wedding day. The beautiful nurse who rang our doorbell made that possible. The loving care my husband received helped us to accept the inevitable. When death came my husband, surrounded by family and our Hospice nurse, died peacefully and with dignity. That day I was convinced that when time mattered most, Hospice was there. I had been a witness to the true value of Hospice care and with gratitude became a volunteer.

I can't say enough good things about United Hospice. United Hospice provided care for both my mother and father. The care provided by all of the medical team was spectacular. The "home setting" of the Joe Raso residence was peaceful for both of my parents but equally comfortable for all of us as family members. Every employee (nursing, social workers, cleaning staff, admin staff, etc), helped to make our parents final days peaceful and allowed them to pass with dignity. There aren't enough words to thank United Hospice. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
