I've had excellent customer service at Keepers. I had set up an auto pay with my bank. My bank's check was a week late. They worked with me and didn't charge me a late fee. After that I set up payment with a credit card so we could avoid that again.

Best U-Haul experience I've ever had! Latisha was super helpful and so nice. Amazing customer service. Cleanest truck I've ever rented as well. Moved so many times and this time it was made much easier.

Safe quiet always easy to load and unload. TIP: WRAP YOUR SWEATERS. After a yr in storage (in a taped box) I had huge moth holes. My things were new so didn't come from me. But if you're suspicious of anyone theyll send someone.
